Terms of Sale

1. Seller

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described on the website with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs are for illustration purposes and may not perfectly reflect the product's appearance. Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings.

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes (TTC). Shipping costs, if any, are indicated before payment confirmation. YLD reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe's secure payment platform. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale. Payment is debited at the time of order. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at [contact@yld.clothing] with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You must return the product in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, at your expense.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7. Warranties

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
